Shipping methods
We work with the best couriers on the market for the shipment of our products. Due to the sensitivity of the goods, we take every precaution to ensure that transport does not cause damage or breakage of the product.
Items available in stock (especially in the case of stickers) will be entrusted to the courier approximately within 3 working days of receipt of the order (timing may vary during high season and/or holidays). Orders with payment by Bank Transfer will always be shipped after the actual payment has been credited.
An automatic email will notify you of the shipment by communicating the tracking code.
Delivery times depend on the destination location and the speed of the courier. In any case, we use the express delivery method for all shipments.
For some products such as complete sets of fairings or special components, the lead time may be longer.
Our job is to ensure that the goods leave on time as planned but any delays by couriers are beyond our objective responsibilities . We will communicate the shipping status of the purchased goods by email.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are only calculated automatically at checkout and will be quantified based on:
- type and quantity of products in the cart according to the "weight/volume" criterion;
- Country of shipment of the order.
During checkout, after correctly entering the shipping address and in any case before the conclusion of the order, the indication of the calculated shipping cost is always visible, in the appropriate order summary box.
FREE SHIPPING COSTS
Orders with destination ITALY and EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES
Orders shipped in Italy include FREE SHIPPING COSTS with a minimum purchase of € 150.00, ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURCHASE OF STICKERS.
For orders of a lower amount, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically during checkout according to the type of items in the cart and the country of destination.
Orders shipped to European Union countries (except Italy) provide for FREE SHIPPING COSTS with a minimum purchase of € 250, ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURCHASE OF STICKERS.
For orders of a lower amount or that contain products other than STICKERS, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout according to the type of items in the cart and the country of destination.
Orders to Countries OUTSIDE the European Union
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union include FREE SHIPPING COSTS with a minimum purchase of € 300, ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURCHASE OF STICKERS. For orders that are lower or contain products other than STICKERS, the transport cost will be calculated according to the type of items in the cart
Due to "Brexit", orders from the United Kingdom may be significantly delayed due to customs controls.
Finally, as indicated in the "Terms and Conditions", the products sold are not subject to any import tax or customs duty, if the product is sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union , the products may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties depending on the type of product and the country of destination.
It is not possible to predict in any way whether and what costs will be incurred for customs clearance of the goods. For more information, you can contact the customs office in your country.
In all cases, any costs related to import taxes and/or customs duties will be borne by the customer.
IMPORTANT
In order to have an accurate and safe delivery, please indicate the destination address as accurately as possible. It is therefore important that you provide us with the address complete with useful information, such as Staircase, Extension, Intercom, etc.
We are not responsible for any delays and/or non-deliveries caused by incomplete addresses or not adequately provided at the time of ordering.
In any case, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier. Any delay will not give the buyer any right to claim damages of any kind.
