Shipping Methods
We collaborate with the best couriers on the market for the shipment of our products. Due to the delicacy of the goods, we take every precaution to ensure that transport does not cause damage or breakage of the product.
Products available in stock will be handed over to the courier approximately within 3 working days of receipt of the order (times may vary during high season and/or holidays). Orders paid by bank transfer will always be shipped after the actual credit.
An automatic email will notify you of the shipment with the tracking code.
Delivery times depend on the destination location and the speed of the courier. In any case, we adopt the express delivery method for all shipments.
For some products such as complete sets of fairings or special components, delivery times may be longer. We will notify you by email of the shipping status of the goods purchased.
Due to the emergency linked to the ongoing pandemic, there may be delays in international shipments that do not depend on us at all. Our job is to ensure that the goods depart on time as planned, but any delays by couriers are beyond our objective responsibilities. We kindly ask our customers to understand the situation and take note of it.

Orders to ITALY and EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES
Orders shipped in Italy include FREE SHIPPING COSTS with a minimum purchase of € 150.00, ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURCHASE OF STICKERS. For smaller orders, the cost of transport will be calculated according to the type of items in the cart (*see table).
Orders shipped to European Union countries (with the exception of Italy) include FREE SHIPPING COSTS with a minimum purchase of 250 €, ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURCHASE OF STICKERS*. For orders that are smaller or contain products other than STICKERS, the transport cost will be calculated according to the type of items in the cart (see FAIRINGS table).
* If you purchase STICKERS and FAIRINGS (or CARBON - WINDSHIELD - ACCESSORIES) at the same time , the system will automatically calculate the transport costs indicated in the table "FAIRINGS - CARBON - WINDSHIELD - ACCESSORIES")
Orders to countries OUTSIDE the European Union
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union include FREE SHIPPING COSTS with a minimum purchase of 300 €, ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURCHASE OF STICKERS. For orders that are smaller or contain products other than STICKERS, the shipping cost will be calculated according to the type of items in the cart (*see table).
EXPLANATORY TABLE OF HULL SHIPPING COSTS
Due to "Brexit", orders from the UK may be subject to significant delays due to customs controls.
Finally, as indicated in the "Terms and Conditions", the products sold are not subject to any import tax or customs duty, if the product is sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union . In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union , the products may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties depending on the type of product and the country of destination.
It is not possible to predict in any way whether and what costs would be incurred for the customs clearance of the goods. For more information, you can contact the customs office in your country. In all cases, any costs related to import taxes and/or customs duties will be borne by the customer.
IMPORTANT
In order to have an accurate and safe delivery, please indicate the destination address as accurately as possible. It is therefore important that you provide us with the address complete with useful information, such as Staircase, Extension, Intercom, etc...
We are not responsible for any delays and/or non-deliveries caused by incomplete addresses or addresses not adequately provided at the time of ordering.
In any case, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier. Any delays will not give the buyer any right to claim damages of any kind.
