While not giving up power and performance, Ducati – for the new Panigale – intervened both on the exhaust line of the Desmosedici Stradale and on the engine calibration.
But the news does not end here: it is the Ducati Traction Control that greatly improves the electronic package of the Panigale V4 and allows the optimization of road racing and, again, as regards the Riding Mode Race, the Bolognese company - queen of the engines in the saddle - has proceeded to split it into two different mappings, which are however based on the comparison of the individual parameters.
This is therefore a great advantage for the driver who will thus have the opportunity to compare – in a simple and very fast way – the values detected during the race in order to identify the ideal set-up in relation to driving and of course the conditions of the track.
Both Ducati models - Panigale V4 and Panigale V4 S - have been made with new technologies, with clutch and self-purging brake pumps, designed and manufactured on the basis of the mechanisms that characterize the Superleggera V4.
New Ducati Panigale models
Among the features that make the new Ducati models even more attractive are the equipment, including the chain fin thanks to which, if you slide in the race, contact with crown and chain is avoided. An element that winks unequivocally at road safety and limits the risks of adventure in the saddle.

Panigale technical features

If the Panigale V2 - with its 176 kg and a saddle height of 840 mm - was distinguished by a displacement of 955 cc, torque of 10.6 kgm, the Panigale V4 turns out to be a screaming bike.
Weighing 175 kg and a saddle height of 835 mm, this Ducati has a displacement of 1.103 cc, the torque of 12.6 kgm and a power of 214 Hp, the Panigale V4 has been improved compared to the other model and guarantees chills along the back.
The V4 R version also lowers the saddle that measures in height 830 mm, the weight (equal to 172 kg) and has a displacement of 998 cc, torque of 11.5 kgm and a power of 221 Hp.
But ducatisti will also appreciate the V4S model, synonymous with guaranteeing maximum performance.
This jewel is equipped with a 4-speed thermal engine, 4 cylinders arranged longitudinally and a power of 1.103cc. Characterized by a multidisdisco clutch, the Panigale V4 S has 4 valves, the distribution is desmodromic and the tank has a capacity of 16 lt.
